Real nutrition education, mindset coaching, and community for the mid-life woman ready to reclaim her energy.
You’re exhausted. You’ve been dismissed by traditional healthcare, handed a prescription, or told your labs are “normal” when you know something’s off. And chasing it yourself just means more conflicting advice: one more supplement, one more diet, one more expert contradicting the last.
I help mid-life women reclaim their energy and feel like themselves again, through real nutrition education, mindset coaching, and community. No shame, no extremes. I’m not a generic wellness influencer or a transactional supplement rep; I coach from lived experience, in the same season of life as my clients, focusing on root causes at the cellular level rather than masking symptoms. You don’t need another quick fix. You need someone who’s actually been where you are.
Hi, I’m Tracey. I’m Canadian by birth, and my husband, our three kids, and I have moved around a lot: from Canada to Munich, Germany in 2012, where I stepped away from my career to become a stay-at-home mom, to Gilbert, Arizona in 2017, and finally to U.S. citizenship in 2025. Through all of that moving and rebuilding, one thing stayed constant: my belief that what you put in your body, and on it, matters. That belief in taking care of yourself and those you love eventually led me to open The Good Life Wellness Hub.
Long before wellness coaching, I built an early career in sales, teaching, HR, and marketing, with an Honors BA in Political Science. Stepping away to be a stay-at-home mom didn’t end my professional life; it just changed shape, into years volunteering on PTO boards, soccer club committees, and nonprofits while raising three kids. I later added a Diploma in Advanced Nutrition and certifications as a Wholistic Health Coach and Mindset Coach, and today I’m a 1 Star Executive with Youngevity, bringing real, cellular-level nutrition into the coaching, community, and content I share as The Good Life.
These days, living The Good Life looks like a round of golf whenever I can sneak one in, and, though it’s been a while, a genuine love for sewing that once turned into my own small business back in Germany.
Family comes first, always. I believe everyone is accountable for their own choices, and that done is better than perfect; progress beats waiting for the “right” moment. I’m here to encourage the people around me – family, friends, clients, and the members of my Good Life Collective team- to take action toward their best selves, then assess and course-correct along the way, rather than demanding perfection from the start.
I’ve always believed the body knows how to heal itself — when it’s given the right conditions. Your body needs 90 essential nutrients every single day to create those conditions, and most of us aren’t getting them, no matter how well we think we’re eating. That gap is often where the fatigue, brain fog, and symptoms we’re told are ‘just part of aging’ actually start. Close that gap, and the body does what it’s designed to do: heal, rebalance, and thrive. Ready to find your path? Let’s get you started on The Good Life.
WELCOME TO THE GOOD LIFE. YOU DESERVE IT.
